I'm working in SPM5. When a contrast is made,do the SPM.mat, con files or spm_T files include the viewing parameters. I don't think they do, since my glass brain files resulting from specifying certain viewing parameters have a date stamp after the date stamp of the SPM.mat, the con and the spm_T files.
What have other people working in SPM5 found? Thanks in advance.
