Hi Darren,

- For the amygdala, there is the excellent anatomy toolbox from Simon Eickhoff and Amunt's lab. This atlas is based on postmortem data and subdivides the structure into 3 complexes (laterobasal, centromedial and superficial).

- For basal ganglia, Alexander Hammers and Jerome Yelnik have both worked on the development of probabilistic atlases.

Best wishes

Hi

Does anyone have ROI's for the amygdala and ventral striatum (accumbens, ventral pallidum, ventral putamen) in standard space, or methods for tracing those ROI's on MRI's, that they would be willing to share?

Thanks,
