Marisa,

Are you using the con* images for each subject (so 26 files) OR are you
using the con* images form the one-sample t-test (so 2 files)?

If your using the later, its not surprising it fails as the residuals are 0.
If you are using the former, make sure all the con* files have data that
overlap.
