Dear Colleagues Apologies for any cross posting We are in the process of reviewing our induction /orientation processes, mostly for new undergraduate students, but also for post grads. In particular we are considering the developing need for ongoing induction throughout the whole of the first year, to avoid the 'information overload' of week one. I have found a few websites from universities both here and in Australasia, but have now got stuck. Can anyone point me in the direction of universities who have well developed longitudinal induction programmes (and might be happy to share) ?
