A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a STEM specialist!

Bowbridge Primary School is proud to be hosting a Lab_13 and want to find an
enthusiastic, passionate and inspiring person to manage this innovative and
exciting project.

Bowbridge is a forward thinking school. We strive to offer our pupils every
opportunity to develop their imagination and curiosity and encourage resilience
and willingness to solve problems. Lab_13 at Bowbridge will be a space where
pupils go to build, invent, design, experiment and investigate in a fun and

ln a recent competition pupils were asked what they would like to create in
Lab_13 and their ideas included, a volcano that explodes, a teddy bear that can
talk, a remote control car that can pick up litter, a robot that drives a flying
car, a pinball machine. Could you make these brilliant ideas a reality?

good discipline and knows a lot about science, technology or inventing things.

organising the launch party and other community and fundraising events,
arranging visits to outside STEM projects, liaising with other Lab_13s, ordering
and managing resources and running after school and holiday clubs.
