The Journal of Spirituality, Leadership and Management invites manuscripts

The mission of this Journal is to facilitate the emergence of the innate spirituality within individuals and organisations, by connecting people in communities of enquiry, learning and action. 

The next issue of the Journal of Spirituality, Leadership and Management (JSLaM) is to be released in late 2011 (Vol. 5, No. 1)

Papers may be on any topic related to the advancement of spirituality, leadership and management.

Examples of topics in these areas include:

     the relationship between spirituality, leadership and management

     spirituality and leadership education in schools and tertiary education institutions

     gender and political issues in the workplace

     environmental perspectives

     research studies, design and/or methodology

     corporate programs

     coaching, mentoring and supervision
