Ah, I see! I don't mention any aggregators other than in my opening para explaining my interest in aggregators! You know I know about xpert.
It's not a blog post about the models or usage of particular aggregators, it’s about the models behind them. I'd be very interested to see how any aggregator would describe itself in the terms I suggested in the post. I'm also keen to hear of established ways of describing what aggregators do.

Xpert doesn't get a mention, and we sort of are *the* aggregator I'd have thought.
We also support secondary aggregation via API calls across existing collections (searching one feed), and user-defined collections (searching multiple feeds).
And I think 2 of the thematic projects (Oxford and Loughborough) are both using Xpert powered systems as part of their sites?
