Happy Friday all!! I hope someone could clarify something for me!! One of my Clients are currently in the process of changing the pre-employment forms they use to reflect the Equality Act. Can the term 'pre-employment questionnaire' still be used? What is everyone else calling this document? Would anyone be willing to share their 'pre-emp' document with me?
