The 19th Conference on "Horizons in Hydrogen Bond Research" will take place in Goettingen, Germany from September 12 to September 17, 2011. It will cover modern interdisciplinary aspects of hydrogen bonding and includes a discussion on the new IUPAC definition. A PCCP Themed Issue on "Weak Hydrogen Bonds - Strong Effects?" will be distributed.

Personal registration is now open on the web site www.hbond.de, where you can find further information (1st circular: http://www.hbond.de/circular.php). Attractive early bird (until March 20) and PhD student fees are available. Contributions in the form of talks (up to 30) and posters (up to 150) are most welcome. Abstract submission will become available in the next few weeks for those who have completed their registration.
