Dear All I would be interested to know if any Trusts are accessing OvidSP via the N3 facing gateway. Our network team have been liaising with BT N3 service provider over this. They have advised that there is an issue with the URL site. They believe a firewall connected to the routers LAN interface is causing a problem with the firewall ruleset. Ovid say there’s no firewall their side of the network and the router has no rules set up. According to Ovid NHS Wales users are accessing OvidSP via N3 and connectivity seems to work fine with no access issues. If anyone in England is using this access route with or without problems would you please let me know?
