Hi Haito,

you need to use the command "cluster" (have a look in the archives if you need more details)... Don't forget to back-project your TBSS results either back in the centre of the tracts for each subject or back to the native space (using tbss_deproject) before running the tractography!

Cheers,
Gwenaelle

Hi,

Sorry for bother again.

I have obtained many highlight regions after tbss. Firstly, i wanna know all the coordinates and the significance and the number of voxel.

After that, i will try to focus on one region of them to do probtrackx. How can i create a mask for the region.

Thanks,

Haitao

Hi FSLers,

After running tbss, what should i do to list the central coordinates of the highlight regions.  I also wanna know how many voxel are included in a highlight region.

And how to create a mask with one of the highlight regions.

Thanks,
Haitao
