Eugene, After fixing the previous problem, I have been able to run various feats using the design.fsf files I have created, however when running the large anova the feat stalls. feat_model has been running on this design for approximately 126 hours. Does this seem like a reasonable amount of time for the size of the analysis? Any solutions or comments would be welcome.
