Concerning your recent paper "DTI measures in crossing-fibre areas: Increased diffusion anisotropy reveals early
white matter alteration in MCI and mild Alzheimer's disease":

1. what is the average number of particles that you analyzed?
"we counted for each subject the average number of particles within the
crossing fiblre ROI which "belonged" to ..."
is it the product of: fslstats -M * fslstats -V or maybe the waytotal?

2. did you threshold each subjects tractography (if so what was the
threshold that you used)?
