Hi,

I have do fdr correction for both tfce_p_tstat and vox_p_tstat. However the probability thresholds for both are zero. And i can find highlight areas in FWE corrected files (tfce_corrp_tstat and vox_corrp_tstat). Does is it reasonable?

BTW, I have ran fdr using the following two commands:

fslmaths tbss_tfce_p_tstat1 每mul 每1 每add 1 1_minus_tbss_tfce_p_tstat

fdr 每i 1_minus_tbss_tfce_p_tstat 每m mean_FA_mask 每q 0.05
