Dear FSL Experts

I am using fslstats to extract the median or mean value from the non zero voxels of the input image. The binary mask I am using is the Gray Matter mask and input is the SFNR image of an individual. Is there a way in FSL that I could extract the weighted average rather than just the mean or median ?
