you can do many different things with FDT, the diffusion toolbox. Look at http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fdt/fdt_dtifit.html for example, for fitting tensors to the data and computing FAs and MDs. For voxelwise statistics across subjects, take a look at the TBSS documentation http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/tbss/index.html
