We are missing only English Reading Level 2 and I have logged an official complaint now involving several managers – the trigger for me was not necessarily the missing
results but the way we’ve been fobbed off. I also discovered they weren’t logging anything properly on their CRM and actually closing a contact log where we sought results in line with the 32 working day timeframe; they just telephoned to say they should be
on the Walled Garden by 10th March.
Not pleased and will be ensuring they waiver the late fees for any re-sits we will require for paper tests.
