We too do all the printing but I have to say we are struggling
to manage this at the moment.

Our teaching staff administer and mark the tests. Exams Dept
collate all the information and print all paperwork needed for them………we did
this for the first time for the whole College 2 weeks ago and it was a big task
to say the least!

Subject: City & Guilds Entry Level Functional Skills - Admin Process
Hi all
We are reviewing the processes we currently use to
administer the above exams at entry level. At present teaching staff
supervise the assessment in the classroom, mark the work, and it is then IV’d
by our Functional Skills Co-ordinators, who are also responsible for
downloading the question papers from City and Guilds.
Please can you advise how you manage these qualifications at
your centre.
regards
Stella
