We have a policy in place which prohibits Elected Councillors from using their private email accounts for County Council Business (as opposed to constituency and party work), We insist that they should log on to our email system and use that, this policy has met with opposition from certain members. Do any of your organisations allow employees / members to conduct your organisation's business using their own personal email accounts? As I am hopeful that few will do so, it is probably easier if I ask those that do, to let me know.
