Hi Carolyn,

I found the thread back from May last year (Holy thread resurrection, Batman!). I have not received a letter, but if I did I would be paying a visit to the headmaster the following morning and explaining in detailed fashion how and why this is not a good idea!

For anyone with an interest in home tuition a new website has just launched which may be of interest - www.stuckonhomework.com, I heard about on the radio last night but can't comment on its effectiveness.

Simon Howarth.

I've just had this letter from my son's school, and feel I ought to raise it with the headteacher. Did anyone on the list ever raise it with their school or with the company involved following the last messages in this thread?
