[http://gallery.mailchimp.com/2d2220ba05d62c975a3568512/images/TVcover_AI.jpg]Tender Vessels
We're thrilled to announce the imminent publication of Tender Vessels <http://strangeattractor.us2.list-manage.com/track/click?u=2d2220ba05d62c975a3568512&id=ab9ada1859&e=d0bb1f17d2> by long time SA friends and contributors Cathy Ward and Eric Wright<http://strangeattractor.us2.list-manage1.com/track/click?u=2d2220ba05d62c975a3568512&id=ccbc7546c9&e=d0bb1f17d2>. It's a high-quality, full colour, 120pp paperback of new mixed-media work, with text by Doug Harvey and Mark Pilkington. The price is £19.99.

'With their honoring of folkloric aesthetic vocabularies, their non-oppositional encompassing of complex, verbally-based literary and philosophical realms and love of shiny things, their history of collaborative social experiment and advocacy for the viability of small-scale group politics (both in their own work and within their communities), and their productive model of sensory-grounded human intellect that recognizes its continuity with the rest of nature, Catharyne Ward and Eric Wright have, in Tender Vessels offered a walk-through manifesto for the future of art, and the components for a makeshift coffin-raft to carry us to the next shore.' From the accompanying essay by Doug Harvey.

Tender Vessels will be pubished on 1 April 2011, and is available for pre-order<http://strangeattractor.us2.list-manage2.com/track/click?u=2d2220ba05d62c975a3568512&id=f6595c6c53&e=d0bb1f17d2> now.
