All, Imagine the scenario where a user has worked on a document within whatever EDRMS system they are using. The user has now come to the point where the document is ready to be declared as a record. What would you deem the ideal declaration scenario to be? 1. Self-classification - The user choses a node from the classification scheme and declares the record. 2. Auto-classification - The user takes an option to declare the document as a record and a set of business rules automatically classifies it - based upon metadata perhaps? 3. Other?
