Unlock the Power of Social Media: Learn to Use DiscoverText
This Webinar introduces new users to the powerful tools for archiving,
searching and sorting text from social media via DiscoverText. This week
we launched the "InfoExtractor" live feed option, which makes it easier
to harvest comments off a range of social media, including YouTube. We
also released v2 of the Facebook live feed interface, that lets you
search public pages and preview the content before launching a scheduled
feed capture.
The wider opportunities for data-mining made possible with open
Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) are significant. DiscoverText
eases the collection, archiving and sorting of text via Twitter and the
Facebook Graph APIs, or generic RSS feeds.
