 Workshop Objective

To explore different models and benefits of group supervision

Workshop Content

A participative workshop that looks at the latest approaches to Group Coaching Supervision, invites debate and provides an opportunity to sample a model of group supervision and share experience. Participants will work in two smaller groups facilitated by each of the presenters, where volunteers will be invited to outline a current issue with a coaching client within the bounds of confidentiality. The number of coaches that can present a case will depend on numbers attending the session.

Learning Outcomes

To increase the understanding of what supervision can do to support coaches learning and continued professional development.
