As you may or may not know, this Saturday is World Book Day, during the course of which hundreds of volunteers around the country will be distributing free copies of classic books to the general public. One of these volunteers is Prof.Dina Iordanova of the University of St. Andrews, and she will be handing out copies of Erich Maria Remarque's First World War classic All Quiet on the Western Front. The event will take place on Saturday 5th March from 6pm at the Byre Theatre, St Andrews. Prof. Iordanova will make a short presentation at about 6:30 and then copies of the book will be given away to anyone who is interested.

All are welcome. We hope to see you there.
