The changing face of corporate information services - new service models and partnerships

A number of high profile organisations have made some dramatic changes on how information services are delivered to their internal customers.  Some organisations have taken the outsourced/offshored route, some are working with intermediaries and partners to provide shared services, many organisations are using a combination of these services.

Are these new models more efficient?  Do they really deliver the perceived benefits?  How are these benefits measured?  How do existing employees feel after they have been transferred to another organisation?  What impact is there on innovation, creativity, continuity and retention?  Does it matter?

Our panel will present their views and open the discussion. This will then be followed by a networking opportunity over drinks and nibbles.

Panel:

Venue: Balls Brothers, 2 Minster Court, London EC3R 7PP

Time: Registration at 6pm for 6:30 start
