In Bath and NE Somerset up to now we have used the corporate IT partner to provide the support /hardware/networks for our Peoples Network service. We now find we can tender competitively for this service so I'm interested in having a look at any specifciations ( ITTs) that anyone else may have done for supply and support of PN hardware, network and desktop support (software) .
