Hi

Gloucestershire does not charge for any replacement cards, we used to charge £1 but felt this was a deterrent and cost more to administrate so it was removed.

Midlothian charges £1 for replacement library card.
No charge for reinstatement of barred members - sounds like a great idea - only joking!

Dear All,

I'm investigating charges for replacing lost/stolen library cards, and whether any other library authority has some kind of payment fee, as Aberdeen City Libraries have, for re-instating members who have been barred.

I will summarize for the list
Thanks
