APOLOGIES FOR CROSS POSTING

Dear Colleagues

Do you have some money left in your staff development budget, then we have a very cost effective conference for you!

We are very pleased to announce the programme for the 2011 International Clinical Librarian Conference at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens, UK, from the 13th- 14th June.  If you are a health librarian with an interest in providing evidence to clinicians via an outreach or embedded role, this is the conference for you.  We have held the cost at our 2009 prices, so you can have two days of brilliant presentations for less than the cost of one day at many other providers!

And if you are an HLG member you could apply for a bursary to attend:

Enjoy a visit to the heart of England in the lovely English summer – our venue is near the centre of the vibrant city of Birmingham – a shopper’s paradise, but in easy distance of beautiful countryside and Shakespeare’s Stratford Upon Avon.  You can also explore the botanical gardens themselves, when not attending stimulating presentations, networking with colleagues or visiting our exhibitors. The programme is listed below and there are also links to the online booking site.

See you in Birmingham!
