I'd hold off for the moment as the funding for LotC badge has apparently been pulled. So it may not exist in two years and will therefore be a waste of money! Someone on here may know differently though

Subject: Learning Outside The Classroom Quality Badge

Hello fellow GEMmers :)

We’re considering going for the LOTC quality badge and I’d be keen to hear from any other museums about their experience of this i.e.  would you recommend going for the quality badge? Has it had a significant impact on your work, visitor figures etc.

I’d be very grateful for any opinions on this.

Best wishes,

Bekky
