Hi, we are having trouble running the FEAT including the output file from 'fsl_motion_outliers' as confound EVs It goes through the pre-stats and stats but then everything is really slow down when the post-stats period begins. When I check the activity monitor all the real RAM seems to be taken by fsl though CPU usage appears to be low, the computer is actually really slow. I am doing this with an IMac, 4 g RAM, Dual Core at 2.9 Ghz. We manage to finish the FEAT in a couple of subjects (3 runs of 344 volumes each0 but it took the whole weekend! and now we simply can not pass the poststats stage in the first session of one subject - Any help appreciated Thanks, David
