The American Museum of Natural Historyıs Margaret Mead Film & Video Festival call for submissions is now open. The Mead exhibits a range of international documentaries, experimental films, animation, hybrid works, and more. Films can be about any subject. The Festival also presents the Margaret Mead Filmmaker Award (eligible films must present their US Premiere at the Mead.) This award includes a CASH prize and will be presented at the Festival this Fall 2011.
