I agree with LInda Britt. It would be very helpful if the subject header always had 'DRN' infront as I also only get people's names even when they're emailing the network.
It's not about 'not' being open to hearing new people's ideas/thoughts, it's purely against the threat of viruses although I personally have never had a problem in merely opening an email - the problem usually arises when you then click on the link it contains.
