Just to note that Jenny Abramsky's online video intro to the consultation is
interesting for her emphasis on issues such as the 'need' to transform
heritage services and the roles of volunteers and donors.  Gives a broad
feel of the way the policy landscape is shaping up.

2013-2019.  The consultation is open from 31 January 2011 to 26 April 2011
