Lfts are normal and undergoing surgery for breast lump, patient in her
70's. Cardiac drugs but do not have a list. I will ask for urine. I have
seen green biliverdin before; this is a lime colour, very unusual.

Thanks for the ideas

David

What drugs please?

Oral contraceptives?

Plasma bilirubin?

Serum ceruloplasmin?

Colour of urine?

I've seen yellow/ green urine from eosin used in sweets, not seen that
in plasma.

Any ideas, the patient is on some cardiac drugs but no chemo. We have
spun the sample down and have a lime green/light green serum. Ideas (and
abuse) welcome. I will not mention the patients surname but you could
not have made it up:-)
