Thanks to all who replied to my query – the consensus seems to be that the EPO manufacturers usually offer the antibody service, so we’ll go down that route.

Subject: anti - erythropoietin antibodies

Dear all,

Does anyone know of a lab that offer anti-erythropoietin antibodies?

We’ve had a request to test for them on a patient on EPO treatment – apparently it’s a cause of red cell aplasia (which is what this patient has)

Nothing on assay finder.

Thanks,

Angela
