Dear experts,
   
     I would like to perform conjunction analysis to explore the co-activation of two conditions (e.g.(A1 & B1) in constrast to rest). My experimental design is listed as follows: A 2(A1/A2)*2(B1/B2) within-subject block design.

     If my design matrix is like that: A1 A2 B1 B2, so how to perform conjunction analysis at 1st-level? Should I input 
1 0 1 0 ? And how should I do it at 2nd-level?
