We have just published David Page's notes on this interview, the last Letter From Sea to Sea (XXXVII). We mention the fact that Kipling and Twain received honorary degrees at Oxford in 1907. I am sure I have seen a photograph of them at this event, but have not been able to find it. Most grateful, as ever, for any assistance ! All good wishes, John R
