The Weston Park museum in Sheffield is launching its Sports Lab exhibition
next weekend. Sports and science. I believe it's moving down to the V&A
nearer the time for the 2012 games.

I liked Roland's point about "culture" bids that "have no requirement for a
science-based cultural programme".

Is there going to be any scientific activity among the "cultural" activities
associated with the Olympic Games?

Looks like something that the British Science Association might like to
float.

After all, there is plenty of talk of science and sport.
