On behalf of the MIST community, I would like to congratulate Professor Tudor Jones on the award of an MBE in the recent New Year's Honours List. Tudor established what is now the Radio and Space Plasma Physics Group at Leicester and thus laid the foundations for one of the key groups in our community. Thus I am very pleased to see this recognition his services to science.
