Road Legislation Awareness Training 

For Mobile Library Managers and Drivers

 

Do you know your legal responsibilities if you drive a mobile library or manage someone who does?  If not then you could be risking fines, points on your licence, a criminal record, and even suspension of your Operator's Licence. Ignorance is no defence in the eyes of the law. 

 

So to help you stay out of trouble BMLG is arranging a one day training seminar covering all the essential topics including:

 

*	An overview of all relevant legislation e.g. the Road Safety Act
*	Your obligations to the "O-licence holder"
*	Risk Management strategies: sharing best practice
*	Practical Control Measures

 

The day will consist of a series of short talks interspaced with practical exercises. 

 

Following the success of this training last year, we are now able to offer the course on 1st March 2011 at Shaw House, Church Road, Donnington, NEWBURY, Berkshire RG14 2DR

The cost is £95 + VAT.  Lunch & refreshments are included.
