Road Legislation Awareness Training For Mobile Library Managers and Drivers Do you know your legal responsibilities if you drive a mobile library or manage someone who does? If not then you could be risking fines, points on your licence, a criminal record, and even suspension of your Operator's Licence. Ignorance is no defence in the eyes of the law. So to help you stay out of trouble BMLG is arranging a one day training seminar covering all the essential topics including: * An overview of all relevant legislation e.g. the Road Safety Act * Your obligations to the "O-licence holder" * Risk Management strategies: sharing best practice * Practical Control Measures The day will consist of a series of short talks interspaced with practical exercises.
