Hopefully this kind of thing would convince the disappointed Harrogate Library user [Times last week I think] that libraries are still the place for genuine help with reference enquiries. It’s just a bit different.

At the same time if s/he wants to browse there are still ref books, there’s Reference Online, there’s always help with e-resources and help with how to use them …

… and there’s Enquire, 24/7
