Although it may be possible to deliver services more efficiently in a shared services environment, the buy-in and active participation of other stakeholders like publishers and intermediaries is crucial. This seminar will address some of the key issues on the shared services agenda, and create a debate about how the various stakeholders can work more efficiently together to deliver not only enhanced services to end users but more cost-effective ones.
