sometimes our logs show this error "Transfer to CREAM failed due to
exception: Failed to create a delegation id for job
https://wms203.cern.ch:9000/XXXXXXXX: reason is User
DC=ch,DC=cern,OU=Organic Units,OU=Users,CN=romanov,CN=XXXX,CN=XXXXXX not
authorized for operation
{http://www.gridsite.org/namespaces/delegation-2}getProxyReq"
This error is recurrent in our logs, we was looking and we saw more
people with this fail, but they don't tell solution.
Somebody have any idea about that?
