Thanks Eugene. I'll maybe have to go a little bit deeper to explain my question. Let's supose we have 2 groups scanned under two different conditions. Now, what's the paired t test criteria if we have the same amount of activated voxels in the same cortical area? Are these areas substracted and only voxels with higher z-scores values survive? Paired t test does substractions between two groups mean activations? Thanks in advance Best regards. 2011/1/28 Eugene Duff <[log in to unmask]> > Hi Mathias, > > Start with the FEAT webpages > http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/feat5/detail.html > > The type of model you use (paired, ANOVA) is independent of how you perform > the thresholding of the statistic maps (cluster, voxel etc.) > > Eugene > -- > > > > On 28 January 2011 14:52, Mathias Warnke <[log in to unmask]> wrote: > >> Hi fsl experts, i'm new at fsl and i've been trying to do some group >> analysis comparisons >> >> Do anyone know if paired t tests comparisons are based on cluster or voxel >> analysis? >> Any website for specific details? >> >> Thanks in advance > > > -- Ignacio Letelier Aguirre Ingeniero Civíl Biomédico Clinica Santa María.
