Hi, I would like to seek some advice on how to use Melodic TICA to perform group comparison. In my study, I have two subject groups (patients and controls) who performed two motor tasks using their left and right limbs respectively. Each motor task was repeated for two times for each subject, and all motor tasks were performed using the same block paradigm, except using different limb. I have already concatenated the timecourses of the two runs for each motor task within the same subject. Now, I want to compare the independent components between these two groups for each motor task. How should I design the subject model and contrast matrix to achieve my goal? Should I feed the timecourses of all subjects including patients and controls into Melodic to perform the group comparison? Many thanks, Angel
