The Debian package of FSL works fine with the Debian package of SGE,
even if no SGE_ROOT is set and no setting.sh is available. The 'fsl'
manpage has more information. Essentially, you only have to set
FSLPARALLEL=1 to enable submission to SGE within FSL.
