Hello, I'm running a 2by2 ANOVA in FEAT (http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/feat5/detail.html#ANOVA2factors2levels) and I have found two significant main effects (3 clusters each) and a significant interaction (2 clusters). I would like to find out what drives this interaction. Is there a way how to do a posthoc test in FSL? What is the next step in FSL I'm supposed to do at this point?
