Dear colleagues,

I would like to draw your attention to a new research project and
request your help in distributing our research questionnaire.

The project is ESRC-funded and involves researchers in the UK and USA
(Nick Gill, Ceri Oeppen, Deirdre Conlon and Imogen Tyler). We're
looking at the challenges faced by organisations that support asylum
seekers in the UK and USA. You can read more about the project at
www.asylum-network.com and keep up to date with our research progress by
clicking on the 'latest news' tab there, or following us on twitter
(@asylumresearch).

We have a questionnaire aimed at UK and US organisations supporting
asylum seekers and we'd very much appreciate any support readers of the
fmlist can provide by filling it in or forwarding it to appropriate
organisations. The survey is online at www.surveymonkey.com/s/asylum,
or if you prefer you can email [log in to unmask] for a pdf or paper
copy.

If you have any questions about the research please feel free to email
[log in to unmask]

Please send all replies to: [log in to unmask]

Many thanks and best wishes for the holidays,
Ceri
