Morning,
Can anyone point me to a concise 'idiots
guide' with regards to Data Protection and Planning information
law?
Our planning section currently release 'all
and sundry' regarding applications and objection letters, including signatures
and phone numbers. I am uneasy about this as I think it is excessive and it
doesn't add any value to the objection or anything else. However if we are
allowed to do then I suppose there's not a lot I can do.
Many thanks
Steve
